About Under the Moonlight
I had the pleasure of having my artwork, titled 'Under the Moonlight,' accepted for display at 'The Royal Scottish Society of Painters in Watercolour' exhibition, held at the prestigious Scottish National Gallery on The Mound in Edinburgh. After submitting my painting, I took the opportunity to explore the city and enjoy the sights for the remainder of the day.
Inspiration
In October 2022, I created this artwork by referencing a photograph of myself floating in the pool. Subsequently, I experimented with various color adjustments using photoshop. The resulting image exudes a tranquil ambiance reminiscent of moonlit nights, which served as my inspiration for painting it.
Under the Moonlight
Swimming under the moonlights glow,
Silent waters seem to flow.
Stars above shine bright and clear,
Whispers of the night so dear.
Serenity found in the deep,
A journey taken to the reef.
Under the moon, so full and bright,
I swim alone into the night.
