I began this painting during an art demonstration with Ayr Sketch Club, where I shared the process behind creating my underwater artwork.

The reference image was captured using my GoPro inside a large dome, allowing me to photograph both above and below the water at the same time. I also demonstrated some of my painting techniques and showed the group how I use acrylic paint pens to add details—they seemed especially intrigued by those!
