This painting is about the sense of inner peace I feel when I swim in the sea. Once I’m in the water, everything else seems to quieten down. I stop overthinking and feel completely present, surrounded by the movement and sound of the water. It’s one of the few places where my mind feels genuinely calm and I can simply let go.
